At The Pool Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible so you can get back to enjoying your summer.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix your authorized RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated processing center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
